These Community Guidelines explain the rules for using Pulse Job across our website, mobile apps, employer pages, job listings, blog, social posts, messages, and any other platform features. By using Pulse Job, you agree to follow these guidelines, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Pulse Job is built to support professional hiring, job discovery, and employer visibility. To keep the platform safe and trustworthy, all users must:

  • Employers must post genuine opportunities and provide accurate details such as role, responsibilities, location, salary range where applicable, and hiring contact information.

  • Do not publish hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content.
  • Do not target people based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Keep communication professional.
  • Do not send spam, repeated unwanted messages, or bulk promotional messages.
  • Do not share another person's private information without permission.

5. Keep the platform safe

  • Do not use Pulse Job for scams, phishing, malware, fraud, or financial deception.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data at scale, or abuse the platform through bots or fake accounts.
  • Do not manipulate rankings, visibility, applications, reviews, or engagement through coordinated inauthentic activity.
  • Do not post illegal, violent, harmful, or exploitative content.

6. Job posting and employer rules

  • Post only real and lawful hiring opportunities.
  • Do not post fake jobs, misleading roles, pyramid schemes, or deceptive recruitment offers.
  • Do not hide important information that a candidate needs to make a fair decision.
  • Do not request payment from candidates unless clearly disclosed and legally allowed.
  • Do not use job posts to collect personal data unrelated to hiring.
  • Do not copy and publish employer content unless you have the right to do so.

7. Candidate profile rules

  • Keep your profile information truthful and up to date.
  • Only apply for roles that match your real background and intent.
  • Do not submit fake resumes, fake work history, or fabricated credentials.
  • Do not use the platform to contact employers for unrelated sales, promotion, or spam.

8. Paid features and automation

Some Pulse Job features may be paid, including advanced tools for candidates and employers. When you buy or use a paid feature, you must follow the pricing, billing, and usage terms shown at checkout and in our Terms & Conditions.

If you use AI-powered automation or application tools:

  • Review your profile and preferences before activating them.
  • Make sure your settings reflect your real intent.
  • Understand that automated actions may submit applications or share information according to your chosen settings.

9. Social post guidelines

Pulse Job may include social-style posts, updates, or promotional content from employers and users. To keep this space useful and trustworthy:

  • Posts must be professional, relevant, and accurate.
  • Avoid clickbait, misleading claims, or engagement bait.
  • Do not publish spam, repeated promotions, or unrelated advertisements.
  • Do not share hateful, violent, sexual, or illegal content.
  • Do not upload copyrighted images, videos, or text unless you have the right to use them.
  • Clearly label sponsored, promotional, or branded content where required.
  • Do not use social posts to impersonate a company, recruiter, or public figure.

10. Blog guidelines

Pulse Job may publish blog content, career advice, company stories, hiring updates, and educational articles. To keep the blog credible and useful:

  • Content must be original, accurate, and relevant to jobs, careers, hiring, or professional growth.
  • Avoid plagiarism, duplicate content, and low-value keyword stuffing.
  • Do not publish false claims about salaries, hiring, visas, certifications, or employment outcomes.
  • Use clear titles, honest summaries, and useful information.
  • Disclose partnerships, sponsorships, or promotions where applicable.
  • Do not publish content that is hateful, misleading, illegal, or harmful.
  • Do not use the blog to impersonate an employer, recruiter, or authority.
  • If content includes advice in sensitive areas such as legal, financial, or medical topics, it must be clearly presented as general information only and not as professional advice.

11. Reporting concerns

If you see suspicious behavior, fake profiles, misleading jobs, harmful content, or guideline violations, report it to our support team at [email protected] with any relevant links, job IDs, post IDs, or screenshots so we can review it.

12. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe these guidelines have been violated or if a user creates risk for the platform or its users.

13. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on Pulse Job and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated guidelines.
