Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

Pulse Job is operated at https://pulsjob.com ("pulsjob.com") and in our mobile applications. These Community Guidelines set expectations for everyone who uses our platform. They work together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Be honest and accurate

• Use your real identity for accounts and professional profiles. Do not impersonate another person, company, or organization.
• Represent your experience, education, and skills truthfully. Do not inflate qualifications or fabricate employment history.
• Employers must post genuine openings with accurate titles, responsibilities, compensation where offered, and location information.

3. Respect others

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that attacks people based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, or other protected characteristics where applicable law applies.
• Keep communications professional. Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or repeated unwanted contact.
• Respect privacy: do not share someone else's personal information without permission.

4. No fraud or abuse

• Do not use Pulse Job to phish, scam, distribute malware, or mislead users for financial gain.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or extract our data at scale without written permission, or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not manipulate reviews, applications, or rankings through fake accounts or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

5. Paid features and Auto Apply

Some features—including the optional Auto Apply subscription for candidates—are paid. When you purchase or enable such features, you agree to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout and in our Terms & Conditions. Auto Apply may submit applications on your behalf according to your settings; you are responsible for reviewing your criteria and profile so applications reflect your intent.

6. Content and listings

• No obscene, violent, or illegal content in profiles, job ads, blogs, or messages.
• Do not post jobs that are primarily pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or unrelated to genuine employment without clear disclosure where required.
• Honor intellectual property: do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms, or that pose risk to users or the platform. We may also comply with legal requests and cooperate with authorities where appropriate.

8. Reporting concerns

If you see behavior that violates these guidelines, contact us at [email protected]. Include relevant links or job IDs when possible so we can investigate.

9. Changes

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will post the revised version on pulsjob.com and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated guidelines.
